What does it say to us when cards recur in a short time? It says

• The message is not complete
• The time is now
• ARE YOU PAYING ATTENTION?

This is a time to be present in the moment; simply put, there is too much going on, and we will certainly miss something important. Let’s look at the cards:

ATTITUDE: Seven of Swords – “If that’s what you are made of, take it and go.” These swords cut both ways; “steal away with whatever you can grab” as well as “gather your forces and get a move on while you still can.” Either way, paying attention to what’s going on around you could not be more important – keep your antennae up!

DO THIS: Three of Wands – “Be on the lookout!” This is a good time for watching – almost more important than doing – and keeping your own counsel for now. Knowledge is power, and this is a good time for gathering.

DON’T DO THIS: King of Cups – “Cry me a river!” This King has mastered his emotions to a point that may almost appear to be cool or aloof. Be careful; the people around you may be looking for an amount of emotional support in shared experience – do not make them think you are above it all.
