WELCOME TO WEDNESDAY!
Our usual middle of the week offers true middle energy; everything in moderation, all things in balance, magical alchemy is ours for the blending.
How will you express this balanced energy in your own life?
Speaking for myself, I’m getting back to yoga this week; in itself, yoga provides opportunity for balance without borders, and I am pretty excited about re-adding that to my life.
Whatever you decide to do, keep in mind balance is NOT about denying yourself. Balance is about understanding the importance of “enough” in our behaviors, attitudes, and appetites as well as recognizing the dangers of “too much.”
This energy is here to help us embrace the changes of Seasons (calendar, terrestrial weather, astro-weather), and gear up for the balance of The Wheel.
