Everyone has problems; sizes and shapes may vary but everyone has something. Keeping that in mind, there is no good reason to make anything worse by increasing the drama for yourself. Take a quick inventory, make a pro-con list, organize the issues by size, priority, ease of correction, AND ATTACK!!

You are human, you have human-sized problems, you can solve them with mundane solutions. Do not allow yourself to make them bigger or more serious than they are; you do not need that drama in your life – your energy is better spent tackling the issues directly.

You can do it, get to it!
