Don’t panic – it’s going to be fine!

This is actually quite perfect for our Mercury Retrograde (MRx) in Leo; this is the time to review, reconsider, revamp, and all the other re’s we normally put off for another time – guess what? the time is right now!!

So, got to the tapes! As you are reviewing the re-plays, breaking down the frames, re-living some moments, and re-alizing you should have done/said/behaved/etc differently, you will likely feel the stings of grief, loss, regret. If that isn’t bad enough, you will have no choice but to re-cognize it is your own doing – no one else to blame, dammit all anyway!

Okay, transformation is often painful and if you want to come out on the other side of Leo’s MRx better than you went in, there is work to be done, It is certainly uncomfortable, and likely upsetting (really – make sure there is plenty of ice cream and chocolate in the house), but it is all totally survivable. And I tell you what’s more; you re-live this stuff to finally re-lease this stuff, and heal yourself.

It really is the ultimate in self-care.
