The weekend has arrived and Spring Fever is manifesting all around you; how will you take a bite out of this powerful energy? Perhaps it’s time to try something new!

The Winter months lend themselves to forming a rut. Bleak, cold, dark – most of us just want to hibernate through Winter, curled up with a blanket and a mug of tea. We dislike this stagnation so much, we are quick to make “resolutions” of change in the very heart of the season; not so surprisingly, most of those resolutions fall flat. By the time Spring starts to peek over the horizon, we are more than ready to stir things up…why do you think we call it “fever”?

So, I ask again, “What will you do?”

Whatever you decide, know you are surrounded by people interested in aiding, abetting, and celebrating with you – they are your support system and resources so be sure to treat them with respect as well as affection.
