WELCOME TO THE WEEKEND!

It may not feel particularly different from any other day if you have been sheltering at home – how you are handling it is up to you but be sure to make it as easy on yourself (and anyone with you) as possible.

This weekend brings us an opportunity to rethink what we have been doing, and make a fresh start as we see fit. How complete a change you make is entirely up to you at this time. (NOTE: Not choosing is also a choice – please keep that in mind as things unfold.)

Joy can be found in small things; be sure to access as many of them as you can this weekend…I might bake cookies. Whatever you decide to do, enjoy.
