Happy Monday, Everyone! Welcome to a new week – and a new month!

September closes on Monday, and for many of us, not a moment too soon – it has been an exhausting month.

October offers a fresh start for many as September leaves Tower moments behind; what will you do with your clean slate?

We start this week off with a fairly comfortable Nike message: JUST DO IT!

Decide what you want to work on, and move it along. This is less about contemplation, and more about sleeves rolled up – a good time to get your hands dirty, even if only in the kitchen or  garden. Do something that leaves a result you can see – clean closet, weeded garden, fresh-baked bread, whatever.

REMINDER: Your self-care is what you make of it; if you want to combine self-care with your work – maybe you want to bake your favorite cookies to have with your favorite tea this evening – that is all good. Go for it.
