Where it is currently colder than some parts of Alaska.

If you can believe such a thing!

I told you that to tell you this; for many people, the only message here is to do your best to keep safe, warm, and well. The cold is exhausting so self-care (make soup, take showers, snuggle pets, drink tea) must be a priority if you are to be good for anything else. Everything else will keep for another time.

But enough about the ridiculous weather; let’s look at the cards: 

Page of Cups to Knight of Wands: Inspiration can lead to adventure this week but the going will not be easy. Here is the good news: you are not on your own, assistance is available if you want (or need) it – but you must be willing to ask for it! Pride is very expensive and it does not keep you warm at night; do not allow your pride to get in the way of your practical good sense.

REMINDER: Friday is February 1st – Imbolc! If you are ready to court warmth, it is a good time for spice cake, chai, candle light, and making lists of all the things you wants to make manifest in the Spring. Intention is what counts; the ritual may be as simple as cutting into the cake and making a wish – it is up to you! Think warm, happy, positive thoughts, and enjoy!
