“There are times when there is nothing to be done except have a good long cry.” Barbara Moore
((The Steampunk Tarot, Moore and Fell))
Our New Moon is in Virgo, and you may find this is an uncomfortable time (for more on that, check out Ruby’s Readings read here) as you realize the depth of the personal work to be done. With Virgo’s let’s-do-this-energy, this New Moon is all about taking care of yourself and your home, making changes, cleaning out closets, letting go of things (and people?) that clutter your life. Until you get started, it can be daunting.
It can feel like loss. It can feel like grief. It can suck.
Do not allow this to stop you from taking advantage of this fabulous manifestation energy. It is okay to be sad, to recognize your grief, but you should not wallow in it; acknowledge your feelings, and release them – you are not defined by your grief.
Release yourself – you can move on without it!
Dry your tears, drink some tea, get a good night’s sleep, and start fresh tomorrow.
It’s time to roll up your sleeves!
