If we are operating within a sense of self-awareness, we know the answer is:

“No. I can only do so much, and should pick my battles carefully.”

Speaking entirely for myself, my weekend was very busy and I did not post the usual three-card reading; something had to give, and rather than provide a hurried reading, I skipped it for the better of us all.

Sometimes, like it or not, we must know when to say when.

Just as discretion is the better part of valor, we should choose balance rather than over-extension. Take a good look around; are you using your time and talents in the best ways possible? Are you maintaining an appropriate life/work balance? Are you meeting your responsibilities and your self-care?

Every decision makes a difference in your life; choose balance first, and you cannot go wrong!
