“Were you looking for a mother figure?” Barbara Moore
((The Steampunk Tarot, Moore and Fell))
The end of Pisces is well-represented by the Divine Feminine as she welcomes the start of The Wheel. As we know, Aries is a Fire sign associated with a somewhat immature masculine energy; The Empress is more than capable of handling his energy, as she is not known to be cold or passive. She holds the very power of creation, and destruction, in the palm of her hand.
Are you speaking your truth?
Setting aside the traditional meanings assigned to The Empress, specifically the tangible creation of child birth or gardening, and we see her challenging us to speak out. What will you create with your words? Anger? Kindness? Fear? Joy? Anxiety? Relief? Believe it or not, it does not matter as long as it is honest.
Refuse to be silenced!
If you feel no one will listen to you speak, write it down! Facebook, Tumblr, WordPress, Twitter are just a few of the many, many platforms available for spreading the word. And I already know what you are thinking (because I think it myself with every post):
“What if no one reads it?”
Timing is a pretty big deal in this earthly life, and we all struggle with it now and again. Do not allow yourself to be distracted by this worry; believe The Empress and trust The Universe – your words will reach the right person(s) at the right time.
