The importance of balance cannot be overstated; it is the key to every happiness. Make balance your priority, and everything gets a little easier – not all at once but certainly over time. This will be particularly important in the rather near future so let us get started this holiday season – no time like the present! – with reasonable expectations, more joy in the small things and less pressure for grand gestures. 

Everything (and I do mean EVERYthing) is a process; be patient with yourself as well as others – we are in this together!
