Princess of Pentacles brings us the midweek; love, abundance, growth, generosity…also temper tantrums, demands, some jealousy, and stubbornness.
She is still a Princess not yet The Queen.
Princess of Pentacles is a great many things all at once; always shifting into different aspects of herself, not always pleasant, constantly learning who she is. She is both comforting and terrifying in her presentation as she welcomes and warms us while showing us exactly what we need to see. She is part of our tangible world, and she helps us learn how best to live in it….not necessarily comfortably.
We love her but she makes us nervous.
The Princess arrives on the heels of Justice (Karma), perfectly placed to help us metabolize the lessons of the week. Whatever is going on in our lives (individually as well as collectively), we have assistance in turning it into something positive.
REMINDER: This Princess leans towards kindness; be sure to access this part of her energy to the fullest as we can all use more kindness.

HAPPY MONDAY, EVERYONE!!!!
A new day. A new week. A new month.
A new chance to start fresh, finish the year strong.
There is no denying it now; we have reached the end of the year. It is time to wrap up projects, over-throw the government, get ready for the holidays, prepare for the new year.
WHEW!!!! I’M TIRED JUST THINKING ABOUT IT!
The energy guiding us this week (and full of its own magic!) is Three of Cups; recognizing and celebrating friendship, fellowship, and love (of all sorts!). Our hearts hold magic, and when we are together, it grows exponentially.
REMINDER: Appreciation is the key to this energy.
Three of Cups brings joy; our attitude of gratitude makes it shine. If we are meant to be ladders, lamps and lifeboats, Three of Cups gives us the opportunity to be all three at once.
As you go through this week, facing politics and other priorities, do not be persuaded to forget the love in your heart or the people dearest to you. Embrace the childlike joy of your youth, when you ran and jumped and giggled with friends for no apparent reason other than you were outside and the sun was shining.

Welcome to the weekend!
Now that the week’s festivities are over, it is time to do some practical thinking about the upcoming holiday season; plans for Thanksgiving, Yule, Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanza, et al, must be made. Time to make some lists:
Also, if you have been bored with the same old traditions, food, etc., start thinking outside the box, researching traditions (and foods) of other cultures, and consider making some small changes (or big changes if you like) to your holiday table and events.
Whatever you decide, please remember the theme of the week is still King of Pentacles; this is not a time for getting carried away, being overly ambitious, or spending lavishly. Keep it simple where you can, and favor authenticity to the best of your ability. It’s about getting together with friends, family and loved ones.
The real gift is love; if that is missing, nothing else matters.

The Wheel (Fortune, Time, Year) is always – ALWAYS – moving, with or without any effort or attention on our part. Time and opportunity are constantly moving towards and away from us – so what have you been doing?

If you’ve been waiting for a sign, I’d say this is it. Whatever you have been putting off, second-guessing or otherwise not attending, KNOCK IT OFF AND GET TO IT!!!

The mid-week brings us a call to further action; building upon yesterday’s Judgement, The Emperor arrives to take care of business; this energy is old school – challenge the bully, defend the weak, keep the lights on. The Emperor rules for the long run – quick fixes are not the answer.
Again, keep it practical!
This energy has its sleeves rolled up but is also prepared to delegate; is it practical to do it all on your own? Probably not. Do not be afraid to ask for assistance.
