HERE WE GO!!!

The first week of April; the beginning of the second Quarter, Spring lurking about, and Aries well underway – everything is moving, shaking and rolling.

TIME TO GO!!!

I will not re-hash previous readings urging you to get a move on; instead, I will remind you that no one is better prepared to move forward than the Page of Pentacles – not only is she ready for adventure, she is ready to go on an adventure – her bags are packed, she has an ancient map as well as the most modern GPS, and every leg of the journey is meticulously planned. She is good and ready RIGHT NOW!

Do not squander this powerful, practical, GET-IT-DONE energy. The Page of Pentacles will linger a bit while you gather your resources and courage (unlike the Wands Court – they won’t wait for you to put your pants on!) but do not tarry as it will not wait long. The game is definitely afoot and you must get going.

Anxiety. Contemplation. Bravado.

Feeling a bit edgy? A little too much anticipation energy?

April is a big action month this year; Winter is done and it is time to move forward in all the new, different, and interesting ways – every project, every idea, every plan,  – get a move on because THE TIME IS NOW!

First things first: CALM DOWN!!!!!

Do not allow your lesser angels to dictate your actions with negative thoughts.

The sky will not fall because you decided to take a risk and move from your resting place. Look at the cards! Bottom line? FAKE IT ‘TIL YOU MAKE!

I really cannot read this card better than Tony describes the feeling of impending manifestation; he KNOWS something is coming even if he doesn’t know what it is, where it has been, or when it will catch up with him.

The Blue Moon is rapidly approaching – the second of its kind this year – and it is a double whammy of manifestation energy – as I told you before, be careful what you send forth because it will be on its way before you know it….and now it is on the way.

Yesterday, we were on the look-out for worldly patrons; today we keep our hearts open for emotional connections. It is not enough to move through our lives making plans and conquering mountains; we must connect with people.

REMINDER: It’s no better to be safe than sorry!

If you are keeping good people at arms’ length because you think it is “easier” not to complicate your life, or “safer” to avoid heartache, knock it off. This behavior is not protecting you from anything, it is building walls and bolstering loneliness. If you are not careful, you will forget how to connect to others on an emotional level and everything will be more difficult rather than less.

I admit, some bravery is required….but I know you can do it.

Tuesday dawns with new opportunities to move our projects forward, and possibly find the assistance needed.

If you are seeking a mentor, a patron, or counselor, this is a good time to find him (or her!). Aries Season is in full swing now, and April will be all about moving, shaking, and getting things done. 

Keep your eyes and ears open, and be ready to sell your ideas at a moment’s notice.

Monday, again, already.

After a weekend of Karma calling, we open the new week with a sense of unavoidable regret; some things just cannot be undone, and a do-over may not be available, so this may seem an ideal time for a good old-fashioned wallow…and this time, maybe you have earned it. Feel free to wallow just a bit but be sure to double up on your self care and remember this is only a visit, not a place to live.

THE BAD NEWS: This sucks and there are no two ways about it. Call it “an experience” or  “a learning opportunity,” the bottom line remains the same – it sucks.

THE GOOD NEWS: No one dies from regret, embarrassment, or disappointment. Recovery is imminent.

Tomorrow is a new day, be ready to start the day off swinging.

Surrender. Armed. Consequences

WELCOME TO THE WEEKEND!!!

Mostly.

Chickens are arriving by jet plane this weekend, and they are ready to roost!

If you have not noticed (and good for you if it has not been at your heels!), Mercury Retrograde (MRx) has particularly sharp teeth this trip, and it promises to wreak an amount of havoc in our personal lives. 

THE BAD NEWS: We will have opportunities to deal with a feisty Karma.

THE GOOD NEWS: Nothing lasts forever, and we are well-armed for the battle.

Don’t fret – it won’t help!

Unfortunately, we have no choice but to face the consequences of our actions. Fortunately for us, physics are fairly simple – every action has an equal and opposite reaction – and our consequences are proportionate.    

REMINDER: Self-care will be extremely important this MRx season so be sure to put yourself first – drink the green tea, eat the ice cream, watch the silly movie, whatever. You cannot pour from an empty cup so keep yours filled!

WELCOME TO ARIES SEASON!!!

What a big week for transitions; Vernal Equinox, Sun moved into Aries (from Pisces), Mercury joins Jupiter in Retrograde, and a solar storm is sending up flares pointed right at our Terra – the skies are busy, busy, busy!

No wonder we’re exhausted already!

Page of Swords arrives just in time to remind us we are ready to do whatever we want to take on…but we may need to ask for some help because we cannot be great at everything all of the time. There is no shame in recognizing for assistance.
