Prepare for 2020 by deciding where you energies will be best spent – and make a plan to do so.

Christmas Week has arrived!

This week will usher in the 12 Days of Christmas (as well as other winter holidays too numerous to list but include Hanukkah and Kwanza), and as Scrooge’s nephew Fred observed, “Let it be a happy time.”

This week, being happy will include being practical – do not over-spend or over-think – go with the flow to the best of your ability, choose kindness whenever possible, and be mindful of the moment.
