Ever have the feeling that you wanted to go, but still had the feeling that you wanted to stay?

Of course you have! We all have. And it is a difficult thing because your heart, mind and intuition can become snarled up and your decision-making can become muddled. Under such circumstances, it is easy to make decisions against your best interests.

When in doubt, exit stage left! If you cannot figure it out, if it is too tangled to sort, just remove yourself from the equation. Do not worry about missed opportunities. Distance often brings clarity, and decisions are often easier to make when the full picture comes into view.

Again, discretion remains the better part of valor.
