Some days, the sailing is smooth – we travel from task to task, location to location, with little difficulty – other days, not so much.

And here we are.

Balance will be important, and you certainly have what it takes to maintain it as you need, but it is unlikely to come easily at this time.

Concentrate on the present moment and the task at hand.

Give yourself permission to move at your own pace when things get difficult; better to be cautious.
