Conflict can arise at anytime; when passions are high, it is important to remember:

Someone must take charge AND responsibility.

It isn’t enough to be passionate and willing to fight.

• You must have a reasonable plan of action.
• You must be prepared to make changes (sacrifices).
• You must be ready to take responsibility for the results (consequences).

Make no mistake – the heat is on and playtime is over.
