It has been a rough week!

If you are watching the news – local, national, or world – you know everything and everyone everywhere is under siege. The 24-hour news cycle brings us heart-breaking, soul-crushing news every minute of every day, and this week has been over-saturated with clips, photos, and interviews of misery, death and devastation. It is beyond endurance.

And yet, we endure. We survive. We fight. And we fight. And we fight. 

Do not squander your energy; choose your battles wisely, use your best strategies, shelter your flame – be sure to live to fight another day, probably tomorrow.
